KV Academy Summer Dance Camp
 
This Summer, join KV Academy for an exciting and inspiring two-day Dance Camp, proudly partnering with Hoe Bridge Camps. Over the two days, children will explore a variety of dance styles including Lyrical Dance, Street Dance, Acro, and Theatre Arts, suitable for all ages and abilities.
 
Throughout the camp, dancers will build key skills such as posture, co-ordination, rhythm, confidence, teamwork, and performance technique in a fun and supportive environment. Sessions are carefully structured to encourage creativity, self-expression, and a love of dance, while helping children grow in confidence both on and off the stage.
Across the two days, children will work together towards a special performance at the end of Day 2, celebrating everything they have learned during the camp. This performance will be videoed and shared with parents afterwards.
 
Perfect for both beginners and experienced dancers looking to learn, grow, perform, and shine this Summer.
 
A 10% discount will be applied to Summer weekly bookings (excluding 11+ Revision Camp)

Age Groups - Please note that the year groups listed when booking camps refer to the current academic year 2025/26. 

In order for your child to get the most out of their time at Hoe Bridge Camps, they will be grouped based on their current school year. Please note during summer months this is the year group you have just completed at school.

Please see the table below as a guideline for groupings but please note due to staff-to-child ratio regulations, age grouping on the day may be subject to change.

Dropping Off & Picking Up

All children can be dropped off between 8.30 am and 9.30 am and picked up between 4.30 pm and 5.30 pm. During this time children have a choice of free play activities supervised by our camp staff.

All children must be in camp by 9.30 am to start the days planned activities. If you wish to pick up your child before 4.30 pm then just let our Camp Manager know in the morning so they can get your child ready for collection.

 

Medical

Our Camp Manager and a minimum of 5 other camp staff working each day are first-aid trained. We also have a fully qualified lifeguard on duty throughout the day when we have swimming lessons or activities in our outdoor heated pool.

Please note any regular medication that needs to be administered during camp on your booking form online. If you have other medication that needs to be administered with short notice please speak to our Camp Manager in the morning of camp and they will ask you to complete a form so we can administer the medication.

 

Food

A water bottle, healthy lunch and two snacks must be packed daily for camp. Please note we are nut/sesame free so please remember no peanut butter or Nutella sandwiches!
