Spooky Filmmaking & TV Presenting Camp with MN Awards
YEARS 3 - 8
Lights, camera, Halloween!
Join MN for a day of spooky filmmaking and TV presenting fun. MN has run after-school clubs in prep and primary schools across London and the South East for over ten years, including our Filmmaking and TV Presenting clubs here at Hoe Bridge. They are also the UK's only Ofqual-recognised exam board specialising in Film & TV performance.
The day will be led by Harry Oliver, a professional actor who has taught Film & TV skills for MN for over 4 years. Children will learn the shot types and camera moves used by real filmmakers. They'll plan, storyboard and script their own spooky Halloween short film, then rehearse and shoot it together as a crew.
Along the way there's a fast-paced 6 Shot Filmmaking Challenge and some very silly news reports to test their TV presenting skills. They'll come away with more confidence in front of the camera, stronger teamwork and creative problem-solving skills, and a new understanding of how the films and videos they watch every day are actually made. MN will also edit together their spooky creation for parents to see what they got up to!

This was the first time we have used camp due to a change in our childcare arrangements. The children had the most wonderful week and I'd like to pass on thanks to the team.
