Exclusively for children already attending Hoe Bridge Nursery, each day is packed to the brim with action, adventure & fun as children take on a myriad of activities on our Nursery Camp.
Housed in our Hoe Bridge Nursery children enjoy an open planned classroom with direct access to a dedicated Nursery outdoor learning environment. Our Nursery facility also includes dedicated toilets and changing facilities and a large messy play area for lots of creative painting and sand play.
Led by our highly experienced teaching staff from Hoe Bridge School, Nursery children enjoy a range of learn through play activities throughout their camp day as well as sport, art, dance and drama.

In order for your child to get the most out of their time at Hoe Bridge Camps, they will be grouped based on their current school year. Please note during summer months this is the year group you have just completed at school.

All children can be dropped off between 8.30am and 9.30am and picked up between 4.30pm and 5.30pm. During this time children have a choice of free play activities supervised by our camp staff.
All children must be in camp by 9.30am to start the days planned activities. If you wish to pick up your child before 4.30pm then just let our Camp Manager know in the morning so they can get your child ready for collection.
Our Camp Manager and a minimum of 5 other camp staff working each day are first-aid trained.
Please note any regular medication that needs to be administered during camp on your booking form online. If you have other medication that needs to be administered with short notice please speak to our Camp Manager in the morning of camp and they will ask you to complete a form so we can administer the medication.
A water bottle, healthy lunch and two snacks must be packed daily for camp. Please note we are nut/sesame free so please remember no peanut butter or Nutella sandwiches!

Lachelle studied a Marketing Degree at University in South Africa before completing her qualification in Early Years Childcare when she moved to England. She has been living and working in England for 20 years with extensive experience working in different Nursery roles. Lachelle joined Hoe Bridge in 2021 working within our Nursery Twigs programme.
Sally has a wealth of experience having worked at Hoe Bridge School for over 20 years. She knows all the children very well working across our breakfast club and after school wraparound care and is currently a Teaching Assistant in Nursery Twigs.
Bimbie has a Montessori Teaching Diploma which she studied for whilst living in New York. She has taught in Montessori schools in America and various areas of England as well as owning her own Montessori school in Byfleet and then Pyrford. Bimbie knows all the children well working within our Nursery Twigs programme and will be leading our Nursery Camp from July 24 to 28.
This was the first time we have used camp due to a change in our childcare arrangements. The children had the most wonderful week and I'd like to pass on thanks to the team.
