Your child will take cooking to a whole new level at Cooking Camp! Not only exploring flavours and textures, but they will also be able to recognise ingredients, preparing and cooking everyday starters, mains and desserts from scratch.
Participating in daily masterclasses before tackling recipes, learning basic knife skills and developing their understanding of healthy cooking. Most importantly having fun as they built up their skills to present their work to their parents at our Afternoon Tea session!
Our talented team of professional chefs are led by Head Chef Adam who has over 20 years of chef leadership with 10 years working in hotels & restaurants and 10 years in school catering in Independent Schools. Chef Adam is currently Head Chef at Hoe Bridge School. Alongside teaching the children how to prepare delicious dishes each child will be supplied with their own apron and Hoe Bridge Cooking Camp Recipe Book containing everything they have learnt to take home.

All children can be dropped off between 8.30am and 9.30am and picked up between 4.30pm and 5.30pm. During this time children have a choice of free play activities supervised by our camp staff.
All children must be in camp by 9.30am to start the days planned activities. If you wish to pick up your child before 4.30pm then just let our Camp Manager know in the morning so they can get your child ready for collection.
Our Camp Manager and a minimum of 5 other camp staff working each day are first-aid trained.
Please note any regular medication that needs to be administered during camp on your booking form online. If you have other medication that needs to be administered with short notice please speak to our Camp Manager in the morning of camp and they will ask you to complete a form so we can administer the medication.
A water bottle, healthy lunch and two snacks must be packed daily for camp. Please note we are nut/sesame free so please remember no peanut butter or Nutella sandwiches!

This was the first time we have used camp due to a change in our childcare arrangements. The children had the most wonderful week and I'd like to pass on thanks to the team.
